4.2 The Provider is entitled to:
- 4.2.1 Unilaterally amend this Contract and annexes with prior notification to the Client 5 calendar days before such amendments come into force by posting information on the website.
- 4.2.2 Unilaterally amend the tariffs by posting changes on the website.
- 4.2.3 Lock, freeze, or terminate any account for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of non-allowed activity with the account.
- 4.2.4 Block the Client’s account if they violate any clauses of this Contract.
- 4.2.5 Engage third parties to provide the services without notifying the Client.
- 4.2.6 Add the Client’s email address to their mailing list. The Client can opt-out using a link in the emails.
- 4.2.7 Place the trademark logo on the website with the Client’s written consent.
5. Contract Duration and Termination
- 5.1 This Contract enters into force upon acceptance and is valid until the parties fulfill their obligations.
- 5.2 If one party fails to fulfill obligations due to force majeure, the term of obligations is extended by the duration of the force majeure period. The affected party must inform the other party in writing about the force majeure circumstances and their duration.
6. Confidentiality and Personal Data
- 6.1 Any information obtained during the execution of this contract is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- 6.2 The parties shall protect the confidentiality of the information, taking measures no less stringent than those used to protect their own information.
- 6.3 The Provider may process and store the Client's personal data, ensuring its confidentiality and not providing access to third parties.
- 6.4 By accepting this offer, the Client consents to the processing of their personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, blocking, and destruction. The Provider ensures the confidentiality and protection of the Client's personal data.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Contract will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Provider is located.
8. Miscellaneous
- 8.1 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements.
- 8.2 If any provision of this Contract is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- 8.3 The Client may not transfer their rights or obligations under this Contract without the Provider's written consent.
